Most of our Nairobi work is apartment parking, plot driveways and shop frontages where space to store materials is tight and the lorry cannot wait. We plan deliveries in loads the site can take in one go, usually early morning before traffic builds on Mombasa Road, Thika Road and the Southern Bypass.

Varies street by street. Kilimani, Langata and the west are mostly red soil that compacts well. South B, South C, Embakasi and the Mombasa Road side sit on black cotton soil that must be dug out and replaced before any base goes in.
